I had a fine in Aditi and thought I'd probably actually pay this one because I couldn't be bothered with constant interdictions now that I'll be hopping to less capable ships, not that there's a ship in the game that can't outrun 99% of interdictions with submit > boost, it's just an annoyance if you're not going to blow them up.

Anyway before doing so I went to a CZ to get some Hybrid Capacitors, then on to a platform to collect the bonds from the CZ. While There I saw an Interstellar Factors Contact, I had no idea there was now a service to pay fines remotely, they charge a bit, 25% commission, but for me it was worth it. They also collect on bounties, I had 4mil+ all over the place, I was never likely to collect them so was happy to collect them even with the charge.

Would prefer 20% and I did get stuck in the menu and didn't seem to be able to exit without quitting but still, another nice QoL addition in 2.2.

That's what I figured. Oh well I guess. The type 6 was a good start for learning how to mine but its just not good enough. I'll be turning my taxi asp into a miner for a bit it seems. OR I might just take a break and go back to bounty hunting

If you have the money I'd suggest a Python for mining. Currently I'm using a Clipper for mining as my Python is now rigged for multi-purpose and I don't like to keep swapping out her Canon for a mining laser. Also I only like having 1 of each type of ship.

Currently still in my way to Jacques from Sag A* in Lady Jayne (my Python).

Space trucking in the stripped out Python tonight; 244 tons per trip. Not done this for a while as it gets boring quickly for me but a couple of hours now and again is ok.
I have just received my first tip off but I'll have to look at that tomorrow.

Transporting passengers out of Azrael for the order and for some cash

Scanned two planets and a moon on the way to Colonia, hoping to find geysers. According to the system map info they were volcanically active with geysers.
Spent 45 mins flying over and driving around the moon checking all the valleys. No joy.
Then went to the parent planet to look for geysers. It was as smooth as a golf ball. No valleys just craters. Flew over it at about 100m off the ground and still no luck.
Given up. Going to head straight to Colonia and let someone else find and post geysers for me to go look at.

I was going to head back out there to do the CG, but with only 2 days left, I felt my sanity was more important than trying that 1000 jump trip on a timer.
