Been searching for chemical distilleries, I'm not much for combat, but after killing roughly 40 ships at a nav beacon in an anarchy system I have decided that chemical distilleries are a mythical thing conjured up by Farseer to get rid of me.

Try encoded emissions USS rather than mass murder. If you are still in game, I am currently in an USS in Crucis Sector LC-V B2-1, and have two of them in front of me.

Just about all of them. Crucis Sector LC-V B2-1 is an unpopulated system in the bubble, Xebeth found one in Brib, I have seen several in Witch Head Sector (about 900 LY away). As noted elsewhere, waiting for USS at throttle 0 no longer works. I am currently doing DSS of everything that I have not DSS'ed before, and 2-3 of them pop up in every system. And selling the exploration data to Farseer Inc. levels me up as well.

Sirius permit bug fixed, just managed to survive the Elite Fer De Lance sent for the Qwent engineer invite, and now need 25 modular terminals before he will speak to me.
All I want is the invite to Palin for the special cargo racks.
I would like to meet these lobotomised NPCs, because the ones so far have not been.

I have 7 Distilaries, 3 Manipulators and 9 processors. Would give you sone if we could pass on materials.

Grid resistors and Modular terminals are what is eluding me.

Seem to get offered everything that I am not looking for.
