There is definitely something wrong...Or maybe the game, as I have frequently said just plain kin hates me.....

I am being hit with some serious shite......Not lost a ship yet...but it's only a matter of time.....

I too have had the one you describe Pembroke.......Shields down and canopy gone in no time......Just managed to get out of that one....

Other night I was getting hit with something that took my weapons modules virtually out.....Still managed to get the geezer.......Let the shields get nearly up and back into SC only to get interdicted again almost immediately......Lucky this knob was mostly harmless with no shields.......So in a somewhat elongated fashion I took him out and then finally got to the station......

I have also been fired on twice by pirates whilst going through the toaster rack to dock.....

I've had Sys Auth ships fly in when I have been interdicted and just sit back and watch.....

And because I'm now carrying loads of engineers crap that *Might* come in handy the interdictions are more frequent....

Getting attacked by "Clean" ships that put up a good fight and are worth a massive 300Cr....

I'm one chemical processor short.....Can I find any.....Can I fook...Everything but....2 hours tonight....Not one....

They might as well be asking for rocking horse shit.......Probably would have more chance of finding that.....

And don't get me started on having to mine and that 200 tons of brandy crap.....

I'm not sure I like this game any more......

That sounds indeed totally strange, but without video evidence, filing a ticket for return of your insurance money is probably fruitless. I know why I keep Shadowplay running in the background, even if some of the videos done with ALT-F11 are downright embarrassing when I re-watch them later to analyse my combat tactics (which suck).

Heck, I don't even LIKE combat, I set the darn ship up like this out of necessity. I got so tired of being interdicted every other jump and ending up running that I just started turning anything that made me stop in to a new scrap field. None of that really changed even after the update, until THIS GUY shows up and just wrecks my crap.

Okay now I have had a LOT of real winners fire on me while flying in to the mail slot. They don't last long against the station, huh? XD
The weapons and modules thing seems to be related to those "Impulse attacks" I just had another one rip my thrusters off my diamond back in a single hit as I was trying to peel out. I straight up cant afford to do anything now, I'm legit afraid to undock in anything bigger than an eagle and I have NO money. I HAD FREAKING 15 MIL BEFORE THIS CRAP STARTED.

Allegedly the impulse attacks aren't supposed to be from NPCs any more ... yet they still are? I've heard people still complaining about them, although someone said it's an Xbox-only issue now that still requires an update.

All I know is that I've turned the game off, and haven't played for a week now. I keep hanging around here, hoping Frontier makes some further tweaks and people say, "Hey, if you're trading and mining and exploring, they've called the dogs off." But I guest that's just not going to happen.

I'm thinking the next time I log on, it will be to finally sell my Python altogether, and just stick with a Vulture long-term.

The game is now a combat simulator or small-time runner for me now. No more big hauls or multi-hour mining to fill up 192t+, with no fear of being interdicted and have my @$$ handed to me inside of 10s, despite being fully equipped other than the 5-6 components I left for mining and cargo.

I honestly wish we could go back before the engineers grinding, as I'm still grinding up to an Anaconda and still a ways away. Obviously I'm not who the game is for now.

And that's fine to many over on the Frontier Forum. It's all people already in Anacondas and Corvettes with plenty to spare for insurance, along with a few lower guys that have only done combat, and are in Vultures, don't care to trade or mine, and don't get the types of rank I see either.

So is everyone not having issues I've talked to. Everyone else has been in that bracket, doing mining, trading and exploring.
