Doing a pirate killing mission, 27/54 done. System has no ringed planets so only nav point to work on, this might take a while... Dangerous place as cops like to either drive through me or get in the line of fire. For some reason sometimes I get fined for shooting a wanted ship, and I did finish scanning before shooting.

Also just saw for the first time point defence in action, beautiful short burst green laser.
Been rammed around 10 times while writing this. Working as intended I guess.

Update regarding my issues with FD.

After Steam refused to even talk to me regarding a failed transaction for a Clipper paint scheme that resulted in a double billing through the Steam store, I posted all my proof to FD customer support and today I got a Pirate faction pain scheme for my beloved Asp and a $2.00 credit on the FD store.

I'll be buying direct from the store from now on as dealing with Steam is like dealing with an idiot that can only respond to 7 different events.

I make 5-10 million an hour trading, and I'm not even doing a 1 hop imperial slave loop. I'm not rushing to make that hour, either. I read galnet, see who's online, see if my loadout can be tweaked, etc. At stations.

You probably can do better bounty hunting, or going for combat bonds, but it isn't my strongest skill set.

That actually is a great credit grind... By the time I ranked to Duke, I could afford a moderately outfitted Cutter.
