Proposed SCB Changes Are Nonsensical

Hello,

I had my Python's shields go down in battle. They seemed to recover a bit faster but not by much as compared to before 1.5. Didn't make any objective measurements but this time they recovered while I was just out of the CZ vs half way to the station.

Not so bad, but you have to learn to ignore the 'Sustaining heat damage' message.

I think you can turn that message off if you find it annoying.
I think more of a problem will be learning to ignore the smoke & sparks.
