Finally able to play today. Been busy IRL.. 39% more to go until Elite.


I've been waiting to use my permit access to Sol until I finished trading at Elite. I can't wait to drive my buggy all over the moon, after docking with my Federal Corvette. The reward will be amazing, I would suspect.

I don't think you can land on THE moon. I have no idea why not, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't let me.

Not Mars either, but at least there's a decent excuse in its info.

There are many other places you can land, like Europa or charon, though.

Oh well, I can have fun in the Jovian System at least. I know those moons are land-able.

Im running the shadow deliveries out of obsidian atm...

How did that go for you? It seemed like the BB was very stingy with shadow delivery missions at 17 Draconis this weekend.

What did we do last night.....

We talked about the grammar structure of foreign languages.......We talked about the modern education system......We talked about our pets.......We talked about the lack of respect that is prevalent now days......

Oh yea and drove up buildings and jumped buildings trying to get to the top of a skyscraper......Lori of course went boom and I fell off about 400-500m up....I blame the wall that was not a wall.....Luckily landed on another building....Drove down that and......Fell off that about 236M above the ground....Survived though....Dawg made that bit look easy with a perfect landing.....

Did a quick trip over to Merope to see the Barnacles since Dawg went there as well. Met him and shot, jumped, landed on, crashed into, and checked them out.




Made a quarter million just honking on the way there and back. Getting the itch to go exploring now.

Today I went out to undermine Apalok for Empire Merits. I am slowly working my way up to rank 5 and that 10,000 merits and of course the 50,000,000 credit payout

I usually use my Imperial Courier for trips that my Vulture's legs seem just too short for, but the Courier just doesn't have the staying power of the Vulture. So I decided to drop a 1D hull reinforcement and swap in a 1A fuel scoop and off I went. So I am topping off my tank on each jump and got into Apalok then headed to the Hahn outpost which is a Federation/Empire allied location to use as my base in the disputed system.

I come out of cruise and start my approach to the outpost when someone (NPC) attacks me. I abandon my approach and deploy weapons and..."MY WHOLE SHIP SHUTS DOWN!" I am like OMG what's going on. Meanwhile this guy in an Eagle is blasting away at me and I am on the module screen trying to figure out what is wrong. LOL Well it dawned on me, just after my shields went down that the fuel scoop on priority one was the culprit. So I shut it down and all my systems rebooted. I then turned on my attacker and made space dust out of him

I had a similar problem with my cargo hatch somehow being set to a high priority recently.

It freaks you out when you have no power and something is shooting at you!

After playing with the Barnacles I noticed the California Nebula isn't that far away so wandering in that direction in a ship that really isn't set up for exploring, but I have a fuel scoop so what could go wrong
