i bought a T9 and moved it 140Ly up to Meinjhalara, and also did one trade run to make sure the route is still profitable, which it is

while approaching the station i made the old idiotic mistake of hitting boost instead of upthrust and thought i only had another hour to live before i hit the station and was killed, but managed to stop in time

Fitted my Clipper for trading with 230+ tons of cargo. Did a few runs which just reminded me why I'd rather watch the grass grow than spacetruck xD

Earned a bit over 1mil in 45min. Then I re-refitted it back for pewing stuff. This time changed some stuff around. Took the Class 7 shields and 2 med beam lasers instead of pulse lasers. Jumped back to HIP and pewed my way to another 4mil Cr. With the new loadout, I can melt down the shields on Pythons on the first fly-through... It's just pure awesomesauce

Refitted the Python as a 280T trader, reducing or stripping everything to maximise the range, sold the Vulture and DbE, and bought and fully upgraded an FDL. Liking the FDL so far, no quite as manoeuvrable as the Vulture, but fast in a straight line. The 4 mediums seem to do more damage than the Vulture's 2 large, not had a chance to try out my huge cannon (fnarr) yet.

hehe, np. We didn't have much luck with the later RES spawns. And then I got DCed, couldn't find CMDR Tortorden online when I reloged back so I just docked and called it for the night.

Maybe next time we get bigger ships to shoot

By some odd quirk of an addled brain, it seems I stripped but never actually sold my DbE, will probably refit it again and return it to its previous roll as a PP supply runner.

As for the FDL, not sure yet, I like the speed, I like the looks and the sound of it, the fire power is good, but I do miss the manoeuvrability of the Vulture.
