Why this new stance on PvP in CZs?

Sorry, I wasn't clear. Of course players should report and I've seen how efficient you guys have become at removing offenders. I just meant, as you say, dont give them airspace afterwards. They crave the salt and attention, so I meant just mentally shrug off as an unlucky incident

How about some best practise for CZs now in the policy? Might be worth saying something like “if you end up on the other side to another CMDR then it’s worth communicating that you are there and are targeting NPCs only” or something?

If a cmdr just HAS to have some PvP, switch to open and go to town.

Joking apart (for a moment) This is a good move from the guys, it clears up any doubt whatsoever, if you want PvP NOT in Mobius!

The simple fact is that it takes all types, and these types are not my kinda people.

For the most part it is best to ignore them, not give them a stage, and carry on doing whatever it was you were doing.

There are arseholes in every place, virtual or otherwise.

The amount of bitching on the main forums about a PSA for the rule change was actually less than usual and less than I expected.

I have taken to following the Dev posts for info from a website that lists all their posts as a much better way to interact with the forums (except for the tools/api section which has some gems from time to time).

I did not experience the incident at the Ho Hsi CG. But I did encounter a CMDR who did on purpose fire on me in a CZ a while back. He/She was clearly looking for a PvP fight. Could not be bothered and waked out cause dinner was way more important. I just chakled it down to a player using the PvP is ok in CZs loop hole.
But now it's much more clearer. No PvP at all.

The other forum is having a hissi fit regarding this. Really worth a laugh reading through some of the self entitled nonsense, especially after a few meetings with Mr. Jim Beam.
