Well, if a player with a half-dead ships bumps you, then you'll get a bounty and a station will shoot you. So now some people like to take Eagles, drop them to 5% hull and then ram anyone who tries to dock.
One of the reasons I went to PvE group - thought players like that don't exist there
if someone is doing that report them to the Admins.. they won't be doing it long.. but assholes always try to ruin other pleople's games
