Is it still worth hitting submodules? Now that the power plant doesn't (usually) blow up the ship when it gets to 0%, I can't really see the benefit of shooting it because you still need to take the hull down to destroy the ship.

But he was a wanted pirate. I was saving the taxpayers a tremendous amount of money from having to house him in prison.
