Jumped a few systems to switch ships after handing out a mil CR from bounty hunting on HR 706; I'm not really good at using the ASP for combat.

I'll head back there later when I get some free time to play again.

Got murdered for the first time since release. I checked the recording. Total time from interdiction warning to ship destruction was 31 seconds. Total time from first shot hitting my hull to ship destruction at ~50% hull was 16 seconds.

I got cocky. While trading in my shieldless T9 I usually boost away, and if it's a shieldless pirate I'll deploy hardpoints and take him out. I've killed everything from a Python down with never more than 10% hull damage. This time I transferred power to weapons and deployed hardpoints before I selected the target and discovered it was a master Python with shields. At that point it was too late to do anything about it. I didn't even have a chaff launcher but did have a KWS. And it only cost me 6 million credits. Cocky idiot.

only just got there myself, and i didn't save up any bounties so i have to start from scratch. only got about 2 mil so far.

now got 3 CGs on the go at once, might let the other two wither and die. i'm in the top 15% in both so let's see where i end up at the finish

Filling in the insurance claim form on my Python - first death since I got it - just glad I had cashed in those bounties lol

Got rammed from behind by a Conda that was running away from system security - then bounced off an asteroid and crashed into the Python I was fighting
