Basically slowly grinding out some credits using trade missions in my mostly C rated python to get some more upgrades. Based around Torval's HQ for now as I can slip in the odd load of dissidents for some powerplay ranks.

Finally made it back into the bubble from Beagle Point in one piece, and started using my exploration data to level up all engineers that have UC. What I did not realize is just how many of them exist, all the stuff you need to do to get to them, and just how much data I assembled.

So, here I am one week after my return: Three engineers (Selene Jean, Lori Jameson, Professor Palin) have been leveled up to grade 5 with exploration data, one engineer with UC capability is still open, I still have a ton of exploration data left to sell - and I have traveled over 10.000 LY since my return already. And except for the FSD range increase and light weight life support, I have not really used any of the high level stuff yet.

Seriously, FD, could it be that you overdid the grind for the RNGineers, just a little?

Spent a few hours flying around the Pleiades hoping to experience an alien encounter and finally figured out that you apparently need to be in the permit locked systems. Thanks FD for locking those systems for the beta so only a handful of people get to experience that. I finally watched a video to see what I missed. <_<

The worst part was dropping into a distress call and actually having someone beg for fuel and not being able to do anything but abandon them.

I wasn't even looking for pvp today. I was just fighting for the Empire as I always do and wondered why so many players were on the other side lol. I haven't done pvp since 2.1. What a rush!

Tourist missions appear to have been slightly nerfed (happy to be corrected) and seeing as I'm only averaging about 50 I may as well do a bit of murder mayhem.
