Well, i expected exact kind answer of Mobius members like this funny Youtube movie.
I am enjoying open since two years, and also joined Mobius. I studied Your rules about the spirit, and i respected Your rule about not killing each other. I never destroyed any player ship on Mobius group.

Its a bit sad if you cant respect Your own rules. I think You should kick Jameson Memorial. Not me, because station killed a Mobius player, not me.
I just showed a weakness of current speeding rule mechanics, what is created by FD, not me, blame them.

Please keep it civil. This is in-game thing. I think You also should endeavour to make Elite better game, with more logical universe, better crime and punish system.

However, i think Your decision is final (kick because kick, and hysterical reaction on 'puff'), so live long and prosper in pararell universe.

Pointing out the flaws of the speeding rules? I don't think anyone intentionally boosts towards another ship when they are on low hull.

I never destroyed any player ship on Mobius group.

That's a bit like saying that yeah, I pushed you off the building, but it was the sidewalk that killed you.

And, yeah, FD have royally screwed up this game, with their stupid mechanics (including ridiculously low speed limit) and nearly nonexistent crime & punishment. Still, that's no excuse for your behavior, in which I believe you purposely caused your ship to be destroyed by another, even if they were speeding, which caused them to be destroyed by the station. Any other excuse is not reasonable.

So, the infraction was committed, the rules were applied as seen fit, and the offender was dealt with in the appropriate manner.

The final arbitration of the rules are Mobius' alone, it is at the end of the day his group and his rules.

With this in mind, I am locking this thread as the issue has been dealt with.
