Got interdicted 3 times on the trot by the same dangerous drop ship that mass locked me.....Made it out each time....Shields a bit of a mess...But hull ok.....

Got royally pissed off...So went to help Lori find the stuff he's looking for.......

Spent the rest of the night looking for that on a planet......

I found one...But it disappeared before Lori could pick it up......Then Lori found one.....

He wants four.....

So by the end of the week we might actually have what we want......

Trying to find Advanced Medicine for an Outbreak mission for the Order in Cardea. None for sale in Dvorsi, Exioce, Njiri or Ngaiawang. The search has cost me 780K in insurance costs and over two hours of unproductive time. Getting pretty cheesed with it now.

Note to self, when playing around with ship modules and re-fitting a fuel scoop, check the power management, new modules default to priority 1. Facing an Elite Anaconda and finding none of your weapons work is not recommended (there was much running away!) :P

I think I have that T shirt somewhere, got it at least 18 months ago ;)

Whenever I refit, I draw weps as soon as I'm out of the slot to make sure I still have power to the rest of the ship, and to make sure they are all in the expected fire groups.

I did in the end but I hate doing that. To me Elite is all about finding sources and good places to sell. Having to use 3rd party databases is cheating, but the game has been cheating me rotten lately so sod it.

I am certain that Njiri and Dvorsi both sell the meds normally but no when I have a mission to fetch some.

Trying to find the necessary components for a lvl5 FSD range mod and lvl3 clean drive tuning mod. Managed to get 1 strange signal source after 1hr of waiting at a Nav.

slapped spme stuff on my minerconda, now she's a multipurpose combat trader. well, nit much combat, but self defence, i just took out a clipper, three large multicannons are vicious, paired with two pulse turrets and one huge pulse

Level 5 clean drive tuning is only available from Professor Palin, and that is rather grindy:

You also need to have been 5000 LY away from your starting point to get an invite to Palin, but I have the feeling that this might not be an issue for you

However, the biggest issue is that all permit missions are broken at the moment, so unless you already have the Sirius permit, you are out of luck.

I have been doing a bit of UA hunting, and it looks that waiting at throttle 0 no longer spawns USS. Try slow cruising instead, or waiting 5 minutes at throttle 0, then flying for 1 minute. What are you looking for?
