Racing to the bubble to wrap up my trip to Sag A*. I covered 13000 ly today. I'm soooo ready to get back to civilization!

I learned 2 things today:

1 - obviously I have no life, since I can cover 13000 ly in one day

2- jumps take 34 seconds from start to drop in. Just in case you're curiosity.

Oh... and can someone come by and peel me out of this chair?

Well that's out of the blue......A reply from support within 8 hours on a Sunday.......Well impressed.....

Basically they are aware of the problem and looking into it, but at this point in time cannot work out why it's happening......

I finally managed to install the beta (not sure if this is what made it possible, but this time I disabled Avast AV first).

Anyway, the TrackIR works fine for me.

I had to brush up on my merits since I've lost everything due to a month of exploration. Lady Arrisa is happy with me. Kumo crewe on the other hand... not so much

I got back from a long exploration trip just in time for the Cemiess CG last week. I used all the money from that to buy myself a pretty new Vulture.



I spent the past couple of days using that new Vulture to do assassination missions and have a couple of bounties put on my head in systems which I thought were Anarchy.

Enjoyed the long weekend with a power play undermining push so I now have 13k merits for this cycle so I can join the 50 mil credit club.

Still loving my python in combat, and really love what twin rail guns do to clippers.

Be warned, the NPC AI is watching us and learning from us. Observations and experiences from this 3 day holiday weekend include: NPC trying to run after being interdicted combat logged when hull dropped below 50%. Yup, that's right, Imperial npc combat logged. A Type 6 npc on the other hand, made some minor modifications to his engines and went from 0 to a speed that would make the Falcon look like it was going in reverse...sorry Han...it was going so fast it then jumped before the surge was even detected. Several npc also crashed into stars and various planets to avoid interdiction during the mini game. A wanted npc in a clipper dropped into an interdiction while I was fighting the ship I interdicted. Watched an npc at an outpost point his ship at an outpost right next to my landing pad and then fly full throttle, bouncing off the exterior of the outpost. I later learned from the guy who helped with some minor repairs from all the interdictions that it had something to do with a disagreement over unpaid docking fines.

And last but not least, became hostile with the Empire.

All in all a fun weekend and the npc's kept it interesting.

Oh so it's not just me! Except it started a bit different for me. I saw an Kumo member Orca that I interdicted for merits. I started shooting and the orca hit supercruise after half a second. No charge time, no nothing. Just *puff*.

So naturally, I go after her, interdict again... and I swear, that was the fastest ship I saw EVER. No eagle could outmanoeuvre that huge watery beast. I took all my FA-off skills to actually keep up with her
