Well, i found a similar good place. It is called the Borr System. It is Li-Controlled, High Tech/Refinery Economy and the RES Zone (High Intensity present, as well as a normal one + others at other planets in this large system) is only 3 Ls from the major station.
And it is allready Federation Controlled. You guys might want to head over here and try your luck. This system has many advantages, not only from the Tech Level, but also from the 15% Discount on everything and there is plenty of other good systems around as well. Also, u dont need a KWS to get bounties here.

The mechanics are strange not to say broken.

Anyway nice to see you out there... 10% to get to deadly and I am off to collect my bounties. There should be more than 10K now.

After that I think I will take a break and work on getting my exploration rank up to equalize with the others. Deadly (soo, I guess today), Tycoon (1% already there) and Pioneer (63% before that)

Last night the spawn was excellent.in 90 mins I got 25% up towards deadly. Today 15% in 3h.... Lets see now....

Unfortunatly, the reserves on the rings/belts in Borr are low. If they were pristine it would be pretty good.

What do you mean dock in peace?

i'm talking about being interdicted when i line up on approach to the station before i drop out of SC, it doesn't happen every time but often enough to be really bloody annoying.

even if i was only e.g. 2Ls from the station, i can find myself thrown back anywhere up to 100Ls away after the interdiction.

---> i checked Delkar last night while i was in the area to confirm it's still Fed owned, which it is. confirmed pristine reserves too, i don't know if they deplete or not over time but they're there right now.

That's just anarchy space in general. Always have every faction trying to interdict. That's why I wanna flip it lol.

Reckon Monty is ready for some combat action (mostly B-rated but some As where it counts ) by now.

I'd like to try some wing-play out at last too, if anyone has voice (in-game or TS) as typing & flying is a no-no for me.

I'm also there now. It's actually very close to my home base in Yembo too.

Interesting system, definitely more dangerous than normal, got interdicted twice on the way in & attacked at Cassidy Horizons.
No problem for my Asp though, I'm using a Combat/Mining loadout.
First time I've ever seen Painite too, in 4A ring, lol.

I'm in Byel Tan now, I ran some Imp. Slvs. here for the HIP fed crowd & decided to stay awhile coz there are six tasty conflict zones here - 3 lo & 3 hi - which although isn't as good for the balance as REZ are probably better for upping the combat ranking.

WoW for anyone else heading this way - only the 2nd platform (Barcelo Refinery) has munitions.
