Was sitting in front of a frozen station interface. Wonder if there any other solutions other than exiting to the main menu. Had to lose two sleeping beacons for the day.

Exploring systems, killing a few pirates. Too far to collect the bounty.

Seconds from an agricultural stations I get wiped out by "Selfinflicted Pete" (or something like that) in his Anaconda (or whatever, I died quickly anyway).

That was 1.5 hours this morning of exploring and travel time undone in seconds just a few light seconds from safety.

Not to mention lost bounties, lost cargo and the insurance fee. And that was the time I had allocated to play today.

in around a day and a half's play i have managed to get my Cobra up to B-grade and have about 3.5 million spare in my bank, so a Vulture isn't too far away - not bad going imo, from a basic Sidewinder + 1000cr. i still haven't left the Eravate/LHS 3447 area yet, smuggling is quite rife here and there's no reason to go anywhere else for a while

my combat rank was ruined - ruined! by a few pirates who wouldn't let go. i was hoping to stay at 0% Harmless until i got a Vulture, but am now at 20% instead... ruined! the bastards.
