so they're working now? i've been passing them up because the first one i took didn't count my kills and i failed it even though i killed 50 and i only needed 18. and some of them on the BBs are worth over a million for killing 12 ships or so... i hope they're fixed now

today's target - another 10% towards elite rank. might fall a bit short, might not.

Transferring some of my ships to Imperial space. So far I've stationed my Python and Annie in Wababa. Gonna move the Asp here next.

Other than that, I haven't found any decent market around here, at least for bigger ships.

good news but unless i sit around doing nothing for half hour i'll be out of MC ammo long before the higher skill level ships arrived

i decided to bugger off out into deep space for a bit to give them a chance to patch it, i may as well work on a rank i can make progress in, it started to get really annoying having to kill 10 million worth of ships to move my ranking 1%.

yeah i saw that but it didn't really help much, i don't want to do nothing for 20 minutes while they turn up. the most useful bit of info i picked up from all the discussions was that whatever you kill first determines what you'll see in subsequent spawns

oddly enough, after spending 2 hours trying to get a good instance i quit the game entirely and loaded up again - and the very first instance was a good one. i have to wonder if every session we are generating a random seed that affects or biases the RNG rolls? because i've had other rotten rolls from the RNG before that were cured on a clean restart. shame it took me 2 hours to remember that.

on topic, i don't seem to be ranking up as fast as when i was in Aisling's territory - dunno why, but i'm probably going back down there for a while.

Hmm... I took my Clipper out in a High intesity RES last night just to see how bad the handling of a big ship was compared to a cobra.

I had constant spawns of master/elite/dangerous ships. Mostly smaller ones like sidewinders, cobras, vipers and ASPs. I got a few dropships and one clipper. But they kept comming in huge swarms. I got 350k Cr in a few minutes. Then a big group of vipers spawned and took all of my shields down in like few seconds so i got the hell out of there since i gave all my credits for the ship and i was short on the rebuy xD

Still trading commodities around Aisling's territory and getting interdicted here and there. Almost self-destructed my Anaconda while trying to change the turret mode in the systems panel with a half-awake brain (it was a spacebar away from total oblivion).

If only there was a hotkey for toggling between turret modes.
