A commander in a Conflict zone

Just hit the solo button if you don't want to meet cmdrs in a conflict zone. Or create a private group with like minded cmdrs for conflict zone sparring.

You are free to jump in and out of all the different groups at your leisure.

Oh, its not that i don't like seeing other Commanders in a CZ, on the contrary. Im simply not that much interested in PVP (at least in ED), thats all. Will see what i do when it will become a topic for me. So far those other Commanders were always on the same side when i have been in a CZ, so it never was a problem.

For me its just "Do i spoil someones fun in case i just shoot him because he is on the opposite side or do i take my chances?" And EVE told me pretty quick that you don't take any chances at the time you have to loose more than a few seconds for respawn. Anyways, will see

Well, as the rules are pretty clear, noone should feel their fun is spoiled if the requirements are met.

Whenever I enter a conflict zone I always factor in my death/insurance. There's always a bigger fish.

I'm glad the rule stands as it is. I generally run Conflict Zones in a Python, fitted with a mixture of Turreted and Gimbaled weapons. Even if I were to avoid targeting other players, my turrets will fire on them automatically if they are hostile, since I run them set to Fire at Will.

Yeah as long as you are following the rules in a conflict zone, properly choosing a side, then even fellow members are fair game because it is a consensual event. Don't be afraid to PLAY guys! I'll take my losses in stride with my wins, when its for a conflict cause! Although I will pick a side with the most Mobius members on it!
