Does anyone have a fully kitted out Anaconda?

If yes, how the hell did you accumulate that amount of credits? According to ED Shipyard it costs in the region of 400 million to get it to top spec.

Assuming approximately 14,000 profit per ton per hour grinding the luxuries (that's roughly what I was able to achieve in my Type 7) I reckon that'd take in the region of 55 hours solid grind in a maximum cargo T9 to get that kind of money together.

From what I've heard from people who have reached Elite trading rank, there is no secret to it (after finding a decent route) - just focus on being as efficient as you can and do the grind.

I don't know if a T9 is more effective for luxuries run due to its higher cargo capacity or an Anaconda due to its ability to get in and out of the station faster.
