Having another screen helps to break things up a bit. I watched all 9 seasons of the x-files plus the films and untold U-tube documentaries and other films :)

Pretty much all my exploration damage comes from distractions like youtube and box-sets. Or visiting forums and then trying to fly but the HOTAS controls don't work because E:D doesn't have focus, the browser does.

I'm ignoring things that aren't worth much, with sets my OCD off, but is saving lots of time too!

That was the toughest thing for me, too. My first trip out (only 1000 LY each way) I insisted on scanning everything in every system, except belts, especially if it was not previously discovered. I learned to be a little more selective later.
