I am Jeckhyl, a froggie commander from french Alps. Of course, like all froggies, I speak a terrible english, so I hope you will forgive me. I'm trying to improve it with massive Terry Pratchett cures.
I am 42 and the happy father of a 18 monthes old boy (and a future girl in marsh... so you can already expect you won't see me a lot between at least marsh and june 2016 !).
My previous MMO games were Anarchy Online mostly, and a little Age of Conan. I really loved Anarchy, mostly because this old game only had two worldwide servers. My guild had peeps from Europe to Oceania, it was really cool. I never saw... communities in it. You know, the "french guild" vs the "german guild" vs "the american guild" etc. I felt we were all brothers, except, of course, the other side who were complete assholes.
I loved it too because you could choose to go PvE or PvP : the game had some areas open to PvP. If you managed to avoid them, you could focus on PvE. And if you wanted some thrill, you could go PvP. It was simple and good and allowed to enjoy both gameplays.
I never enjoyed PvP since I left Anarchy. I prefere play with people, and for people, than against people. I suppose I lost this competitvity mood when I won my first white hair.
I am a real, real newbee in Elite, and I think I will do my learning alone (with a great help from a french youtuber, Aymeric, who does great tutorials. If you are a froggie, you should watch his playlist).
But if I can do it with real players around, some people to interract with, I'll be more happy. And when I'll be ready to really rally a group, it will be great

So... see you later peeps, when I'll be able to join the server
