Wow, I haven't played an Elite game since the 90s, when my grandpa's Amiga stopped working in 98 while I was playing. I mostly dabbled, and when I finally learned to play the dang thing crapped out on me.

Now I look to rectify that by actually learning the game I never thought would come. I look forward to becoming...something. I'm honestly a little overwhelmed by the game itself, controls and learning curve notwithstanding. It's the sheer size of it that intimidates me.


Anyway, I'm 26, been playing a lot of space games to fill the gap until the day (Yesterday) came that I could finally play an Elite again. X3 Albion Prelude's got nothin' on this.
