I'm happy to join this forum and the Mobius Private Game Group.

In-Game:
I currently progress as Trader/Explorer. I fency a little bit of RP.
Not as Trader in a sense of getting the biggest Cr/Hr: I'm not an A-B-A loop Trader; not as an Explorer in a sense of cruising and exploring far far away from known and population.

Trader as I challenged myself to Transport every known Rare commodies from their "buying location" to an other system with a minimum distance of 140 Ly and avoid A-B-A loop.

Explorer as I fency to dock to a variety of stations (yet to avoid the A-B-A loop syndrom) and to spend a little bit of time exploring nearby unexplored objects during my Transportation routes.

Note: I disable Voice Comm when playing.

I wonder what is the position of ElitePve to Pirate (when interacting PvP)?
Is Pirate career at all authorized in Mobius group ?
What are the rules ?

The rules are simple. You can only fight other players in conflict zones, at the condition that you chose the opposite side to them. It's considered good etiquette to ask them before if they're there for PvP or PvE first, but it's not enforced.

For the rest, you can kill as many NPC's as you want, for whatever reason you want. Not players.

I understood the bits around the Conflict Zone, for Fighting.
While it was clear that Bounty Hunter (aiming at Players) was forbidden in Mobius' Group
It was not clear that Pirate aiming at Players was forbidden in Mobius' Group. Strictly speaking a Pirate do not kill a player, but damage the player to shutdown his Shield and then Loot some cargo from the Player's ship, leaving the Player alive.
That's why I asked.
With your answer, it is now clear that Bounty Hunter and Pirate, aiming at Players are forbidden.
