Heya all, here's my belated introductory post.

I joined the group all the way back in January IIRC, and been playing the Mobius PvE exclusively since then. Recently I realized that I needed to make introductions because i found myself checking these forums if I could find introduction posts from commanders I had run into, and figured out someone else might be doing the same.

So, here we go. I am CMDR Red Hiram, a 40(ish)-year old nerd from Finland. I used to play the first Elite on my Commodore 64, and Elite 2 / First Encounters on my PC. I basically sucked on every one of them, never getting really far because of damn pirates/difficult combat/horrible framerates.

And basically I still suck. After started playing in December, I'm still rocking a measly Vulture / Clipper combo, currently having my eye on a Python which I could probably afford but only with stock parts. So I'm bad at grinding and easily distracted, which has resulted to me being a so-called "jack of all trades" in the game. My rankings as of June 2015 are expert/broker/pathfinder.

As a typical Finn I am also always longing for a nice quiet solitary exploration run as far from others as possible, but as my OCD makes me to scan virtually every celestial body, my explorations tend to be short and drag out. Last time I was only 6000 ly out, but the trip took me almost two months...

Most often you can find me "down under" in the Empire Space, having taken up supporting Arissa Lavigny-Duval since Powerplay came out. I would consider the system of Tialocan my base of operations, because it's usually a decent starting place for a trade run. Sometimes I take out my Vulture and enjoy some relaxing NPC bashing on RES's or Conflict Zones. That is, until my wrist becomes numb thanks to an unergonomic placement of my X-55 stick.

And as you've probably realized by now, I tend to digress a lot. So let's just call it quits, if you run into me in the game, drop me a shout, and I promise I'll finally try to work out how the goddamn comms panel works.
