Hello all, im CMDR DeeJayMMM, i live in the UK, i first played Elite in 1984 on a BBC Model
B micro on cassette tape. Loved the game and spent countless hours playing it.
Stopped playing for a couple of years till i got it again on an Acorn Archimedes.
Didn't play again till i bought ED in nov last year. Have spent hundreds of hours
in solo on this game since then. Thought i might have a change and try some group play.
I play almost every day, and generally on between midday and 3pm or midnight and 3am uk time.
Will add all friends requests. However i don't have a mic because i cant use headphones.
Mostly do trading, exploring, cgs, a little combat, but mostly just pottering about.

well hi all

as most of the people here it seems I've played elite back on my Amiga when I was young, and I'm not young any longer
well, I'm not old neither. And for those who wants to know I did reach the elite rank back then, which took probably about 1 billion hours of shooting pixels in 3 colors lol. That's how sane I was, and still am.

In any case I'm not particularly looking for pvp and there is CQC for that as well. This game seem to offer plenty of fun options for collaborative game-play and finding good people to team with is what I'm after. So I was told that's the right place to come look for that... here I am!

Oh man, I wish I'd found out about Mobius sooner...

CMDR Sigrid Stenstrom here, nice to meet you all. I'm an avid PvE player, so the lack of dedicated PvE servers for Elite was kind of disappointing, and forced me to play in Solo. But hey, apparently Mobius exists, and that is exactly what I've been looking for!
