There is a lot of great info on the message board, and we have compiled a long list of Tips and Tricks to help new players acclimatize to the game while having fun.

Hello all,

I just joined today after hearing about the group from a YouTube video. I played Elite Dangerous when it first came to PC. However, after about a month I quit playing because, well, life happened (newborn, new job, excuse 3, excuse 4, etc)! The most appealing aspect of this group is the PvE aspect where I don't have to worry about the constant threat of griefing. I remember from my first month of play the amount of griefing with people exploiting things (like; shooting a missile at you when you were next to a station and your point defense turrets reacting hence flagging you for the station to kill, or my favorite where someone would kill you in the station above their landing pad and land before the station noticed) was atrocious.

I'm looking forward to playing the game again while learning all of the new things, and old things I have forgotten for that matter, in a PvE environment.

Also, if anyone has a problem with my commander name I can change it no problem. I didn't see anything about restrictions to commander names in the policy's or forum guidelines, but I have no problem changing it if it offends someone.

Hi everyone! Just got accepted to the group. I'm Rafael, from Portugal. I've been playing a bit o ED for a while now, but it's kinda boring playing in solo mode just because everyone is trying to shoot you when you want to do some of CG. and i've got any friends playing the game because idk they think is boring i guess it's nice to finally play in a group with other players and enjoy the game "online". Greetings all fellow CMDR'S been playing for a while but never got around to introducing myself i,m UK based and play most days and weekends.

I played this game back in the day on a zx spectrum 48k not showing my age much lol.

Love this MOBIUS as prefer to enjoy my game without griefer's or just the general annoyance of a kid with a bigger ship and the attention span of a zactorian grub blowing me to bits every meet.

Currently my fleet is based at ZAONCE due to doing rares runs however i,m on a little private mission on exploration of the galaxy for a new operations base.

I'm CMDR Kzintzi in game, and I've been flying out of Dvorsi for a couple of months... only started playing about 4 months ago - I am based in Perth Australia and am online usually around 12:00 Shiptime.

wondering where the majority of Mobius players are hanging out as the galaxy is a massive place and it'd be interesting to travel in a region that has real people in it. not sure if it's just because I'm in a backwater or that I'm online when most Mobius people are offline.
