Hi,

Have been playing ED PC for the last couple of weeks (I honestly had never heard of it before). I discovered ED watching Scott Manley on youtube (Kerbal Space Program).

I prefer PvE I guess as I want a challenge but don't want the higher risk associated with PvP. When playing Eve Online it was the same.

Exploration in ED appeals to me so I did missions and bounty hunting for a few days and then outfitted an ASP Explorer and set out last week. I have figured some things out along the way (using neutron star boosting was one) and yesterday successfully brought back 22M in data which I turned in at Morgan's Rock. I'm starting to figure out how star system names relate to the likelihood of finding interesting things in systems.

I'm looking forward to more content being released but for now just seeing new locations is holding my interest.

Personally, I'm a pilot and flight instructor in real life so I like all things aviation.
