After 300+ hours in open play I was forced to go solo .
Today, I read about this group and I realize that this is the kind of gameplay I will really enjoy: make friends and interact with other players without being bullied again and again.
I used to play elite in my spectrum and it was a dream come true when I heard that it was updated and relaunched...
Usually I play as trader or explorer, but recently I have been doing some bounty hunting and missions in order to rank in the federation...
A few days ago I finally could buy a Federal Dropship. My next step should be getting the permission to visit SOL.
I have also a Type-7 and my lovely Cobra.

Hello Bobbyboris here, Bobbyboris in game too.

New to the fold with about a couple of weeks experience in the new Elite that we dreamed of so long ago, it seems dreams do come true.

Played the original for a while, then FoFT, then X-Universe and others, been playing Eve for a couple of years but got tired of the ego trips and people who think Eve is real, acting like you just murdered their puppy if you make a mistake. With being the way wrong side of 50 with appropriate reaction times I don't need the hassle of more Pvp lunacy. Played the Pvp version of Elite to see if it was any better but a guy in a vulture killed me for a few hundred credits, just because he could, that is not for me.

Just aquired my Federal Assault ship, love the little pigboat, needs bigger fuel tank. Started using Voice Attack and Kics, wish I had that a long time ago too. Recline my chair, lie back and talk to myself, nothing new about that part. Cannot wait for Kics 4.0. Not bothered with the buggy bit on the planet yet will get around to that when I have enough of a cred buffer to feel comfortable about riding around on a hopped up go kart. Landing on a planet is a blast though.
