Greetings fellow Commanders, I found this group a couple of weeks ago and figured it was time to introduce myself formally! I am Star Goon here and in game.

When I first started out in my Sidewinder I was having trouble with other CMDRs pulling me out of supercruise and blasting me to bits in open play, top that with not understanding the controls fully yet drove me into solo hiding for a while to avoid the completely one sided PvP encounters. With a bit of luck and hard work I am now in my beloved Vulture, and aim to rise beyond that later on. This PvE group has been great so far, I've ran into plenty of friendly people already, especially during the recent Community Goals. I'm more confident as a pilot now, and while I currently make my home in Federation space, TZ Arietis specifically, I have not aligned myself with a Power yet, so maybe an in group PP group can convince me to trade in my mercenary ways. ;) Cheers!
