Hi,

Now this is an interesting CG. Because whilst at first it looks like an Empire push into Fed space, it actually is a 'Renegage' Empire faction pushing into Fed space without the support of the Imperial Senate, a BIG difference!

Thus, if you side with the Empire you are in effect endorsing the breaking of a 1000 year old Treaty.

Being Allied to Empire, i cann't support the "Patrons' in this case, as they have set out to de-stabilise the region.
