About 2 km outside Mahon Research Base in HIP 18077 (California Nebula, so about 1000 LY from Sol). Circle the base and keep an eye for middle band signals on the wave scanner. I only have one screenshot with coordinates, but they are rather hard to read:

Sagan Class Tourist Ship in the POI near IC 1805 Sector AV-O c6-6 #9, about 6200 LY from Sol. And no, this is not the Formidine Rift ship that made a splash, that is another 6000 LY further out.
