So active civil war in system = all factions gains are slowed to a halt.
So once civil war is over then influence gains should amp up again for PCI.
Then expansion / economic boom depending on what fires.

Hi! just came back to Pand from a funds raising campaign.

There's no sign of a civil war here. It's finished? Can we go back to serious influence raising? Is there a cool down timer after a civil war?

By the way, we are now at 96.2%.

Not sure about the cool down, though I'm hoping there isn't, I guess we'll find out soon enough. Hopefully, I'll get to Pand tonight with a bunch of rares, then park my Python on Montet, buy a Sidey, and go grab my shiny new discounted Asp from Lambda Andromedae, before I miss out on the offer...

Then I can do some serious exploration...

Ive spent about 3 hours today doing some personal weapon delivery missions as well as a couple more system data deliveries.

Heres a good one for you guys, seems the moderators have banned my IP from even viewing the offical forums ( not the moderators here on this site but the offical forums). So now i cant even view the main thread on one internet account, however with the use of a proxy or my mobile phone which is on a seperate IP i can still view it anyway, just seems i dunno a bit petty over there at the offical elite forums, actually i might register an account on the mobile so i can post on the forums to. Just another example of how the moderation and the operation of the offical elite forums is just a joke, hundreds of ppl being banned for posting in pink, or bold, or innocently naming another commander ( not shaming) but being banned without warning, reddit is full of dozens if not hundreds of complaints.

Anyway keep the pand experiment going i can still view the thread over there, we are making good progress im still doing a few hours a day on missions and what not - and thank god we have a sensible forum and a great community here at elitepve, theres a lot of good information in the forums here if u take a look around and mobius is doing a great service to the 5000+ members

Seems a little over the top from FD regarding bans for multicolour, although i would like to point out that its their bloody forum so if they don't like it take it out of the forum job done they keep doing this they will kill the own player base.

wow pands up to 97%, good to see that PCI are still moving ahead. Expansion again soon boys, i sent the developers a little mail about the IP ban, and quoted a few UK laws that would apply to their operation of the forums and how they could be breaking the law in regards to their actions, and my viewing access has been restored. Its good when i know a UK lawyer through another channel that took a look this morning and gave me a bit of advise on how to word my complaint. I guess they are doing their best as a company to make money, but yeah theres some issues that will make or break the game, the eve online owners CCP do a good job of doing things the right way, the frontier development team have some lessons to learn around online player base interaction, that might include removing forum moderators who are also players and instead hiring a community manager who can act as a senior moderator on all serious actions.

And a better development style now the big news the 1.2 expansion goes live today and we get wings, so we should team up ingame, fly a cobra or something cheap to sart with as there are a lot of known bugs that could be considered gamebreaking that are going thro in the rushed beta and may take a few days to clean up, and i dont want anyone loosing anything really expensive. So just a heads up to park those expensive toys and bring something u can replace when the station blows u up for no reason, or u fly into the sun after lagging up in hyperspace. But we can have some fun as well
