FDEV released “a list of known issues” for release 3.1 Elite Dangerous: Beyond - Chapter Two

Gameplay
- Allocated landing pads may have an NPC already on it
- Research limpet may return with nothing
- System Security may attack each other
- Healing laser may have side effect of instant death
- Destroying NPCs power plant has no effect
- Two ships may spawn in the same landing pad at the same time
- NPC may have no FSD cooldown after being interdicted
- Refinery saying it’s full when it isn’t, causing limpets to go idle
- "Align with Ship Trajectory" displayed delaying jump when correctly lined up with target
- Inactive hired crew can be lost in destruction of ship
Multi-Crew
- Console players may experience a “Error CE-387008” Crash in Srv with several other Cmdrs
- Thargoid Hearts may stop taking damage when attacked by a wing of Cmdrs
- Hologram damage feedback doesn’t show between all Multi-crew members
Missions, Station Services, Powerplay and Community Goals
- Massacre pirates mission - not correctly displaying as "mission target"
- NPCs in Powerplay Crime sweeps USS not acting as expected
- VIP Passenger missions may display “Failed to Perform Mission Transaction” after offering only 2 rewards
- Material Trader may not show up in the Galaxy map
- Some factions may send you on Planetary Surface Scan Mission to scan that factions data point
- Planetary Surface scan mission completion order incorrect
- Mission board selection jumping to top of the list when you scroll to the bottom of the list
- Mission symbol may not be removed from surface stations after handing in mission
Graphical
- Guardian Gauss Cannon continues its firing animation
- Powerplay statistic may display inaccurate standing value percentage
- Cockpit HUD may be displaced when deploying to SRV
- May not be able to use Navigation Panel after returning from SRV
- Numbers in module panel don't update during Auto field maintenance unit / AFMU repairs
- Galaxy and System map interface may not correctly displaying on an ultra-wide screens
VR
- Game may not correctly switch to the Oculus Rift headphones when starting in VR
- Draw distance in VR on planets cause textures to pop in at edge of view
- Commodities Market UI is not curved like the rest of the UI in VR mode
Audio
- May hear unexpected "Frameshift drive operating beyond safety limits" alert
- May hear crackles and stuttering when leaving station
- Scratchy audio when in Multi-crew session and the helm selects self destruct function
