It sounds like CMDR Bad Kharma to me.

I know the AI can be a little dense at times, but SJA assured us they would avoid us more.

Maybe you need to tell them what to expect on the Radio...

That should confuse them.

Well this has also happened when a target has chaffed and thrown my beams off.....

Gonna have to be REAL careful in the real game when this beta goes live.....

Yeah, having people avoid my weapons seems most important to me now. Mostly because of the changed in how bounties are going to work with you not being able to pay them off! Suck to find a great place to Bounty Hunt and have a stupid authority run into your fire and make you unable to hunt there for a week without having 10 Auuthorities and other hunters trying to kill you! I'm not that fond of the new system for bounties. Doesn't make much sense that you can't pay off a bounty anymore.

If anything it will make us better pilots. Avoidance, trigger discipline, and bringing weapons to target will improve if the AI has stepped up its game.

Well, according to the AMA so far they're doing now, the 10% module penalty is being reverted until a later date when they can address some of the concerns. This is great news, I'm alright with getting hit with a penalty if they flesh out things a bit more to address peoples concerns.

Well just popped back in......

Beta 7 now.....

Seems to have reversed one of my controls....

And the galaxy map is fooked for me......

Upto rank 2 in PP.....

Looks like they changed that as well.....Amount of merits......

And the combat AI seems to have changed......

First of all. I'm back.

I have not have any of your issues Kharma.

And for powerplay, I like the idea of it, but it is sort of a RPG element which doesn't work as FD expected. What seems to be happening is thatr people change their allegiance just to get the powerspecific modules. The tasks you have for Preparing, Expanding anf Fortifying is, whit the alliance faction at least' just transporting tradeagrrements or whatever one place to another, for each task.
Btw. a document ways 1 ton???

It makes a certain kind of sense though since the Alliance is primarily focused on trade and diplomacy, rather than the Kill,kill,kill by the Feds and Imperials.

But it could be done a whle lot better. Different cargo types, variations based on economy type an so on.

The AI is a funy beast, though sometimes they are a lot better than in 1.2. Clever and hard as fuck to get behind sometimes, dumb as fuck other times. Only strange thing I've noticed is that every Clipper I've come across just sits directly in front of me spewing turret fire.

In regards with the 10% penalty on modules, I see that as exactly the same as the penalty for selling ships. I've always wonderd why it wasn't there already. IMO, if they remove the module penalty they shoild remove the ship sale penalty as well.

The bounty system I like. Especially from Beta 7 where they have different length on the timeperiod from 10 or 15 minutes for lesser crimes and scaling upwards. The friendly fire levels has also been raised, or meant to be atleast. ANd if you keep below 100 when docking you won't get fined for it.

Yeah I have noticed now that I can actually play it that the NPCs are tougher. Even a novice eagle can be harder to keep in sight now than before. Also I see that Assassination missions have changed! I've done two of them. Each time they targets weren't at USS like before they were in Supercruise talking and you have to either A. Interdict it or wait for it to drop out and drop out at its wake. Also, now not every Assination missions target is Wanted. I guess they are trying to force you into getting wanted at times. At least the bounty was only about 14k which isn't bad for a 140k reward. Just nice that Assasination missions are much faster!
