Fines can be paid off, bounties can't. If you don't pay off the fine within 7 days it expires and becomes a bounty.

Apparently they are improving the 'friendly fire' rules to make it harder to commit a crime this way as well as improving the AI so that NPCs are less likely to fly into your line of fire - we'll have to see how it goes...

I guess I'll see next week just how good it actually is. Now that hitting someone can get you a bounty I'm more worried about that when I'm hunting with 10 security around lol

It would be better if there was no friendly fire with wingman. So you can't be bounty or cause them damage if accidentally hit a wingman.

Still dropping out........

Diamondback is a smaller asp type ship......Combat explorer they call it......It is manoeuvrable and has great all round vision from the cockpit....I have mine set up with 2 x class 1 bursts and 2 x class 2 Multi-cannons...It seems to be doing the business so far.....Bursts can fire for ages.....Small ships are no prob..even took another diamondback with ease.....

Not sure if it's the ship or they have changed NPC combat style....They are now coming right at you and it's hard to stay on their 6...They are like doing runs directly at you.....Although that could be my newness at controlling the diamondback....Sthg just seems odd to me....

Right....Lets see if I can get back in......Ohh yea and the hardware curser in Graphics options worked....

I have noticed, with all the disconnects, that when entering the game your shields are offline. That can be a bit of an issue if you're in a combat/crime sweep zone.

Very unnerving......Although nothing bad has happened yet......

Clipped a friendly FDL with my lasers......Got wanted status....Unable to pay fine off...Not showing in station.......

Federal dropships still try to ram you.......

They have put a module of crack cocaine into the docking computer.....It now boosts your ship towards whatever......Lands OK at platforms now...Although did give me a heart attack as it flew in fast nose down to the pad and then flipped up......

NO stuttering so far.....Bonus.....

I like the progress bar under your status.....Combat....Trade etc.....

I was just looking at the powerplay stuff when I was kicked out.......Had to Alt-Tab out as would not save and exit.....

The powerplay stuff looked interesting what I saw of it.....Especially the custom modules I saw......Prism shield or sthg for the empire duval and a proton or sthg weapon for one fed guy/gal...Kicked me out just as I was reading his/her page.....
