I was sent to hospital with 190/130 :p (i was so pissed the first day i hit 220/140, a real baloon).
All exams fine, nothing was ever found after a week of pissing in bottles and needling blood. so.. it's not necesarely the salt :p

Usually, salt, and hot food (pepper, not temperature >_>) can do that. Alcohol tho tend to cause tachichardia.. and probably raise the pressure a tad more.

Still after approx. 30 years of eating pizzas.....Curries and microwaved shite and the heavy drinking not too bad in my book......

I was averaging 11 pints a night 30 years ago......Kin mental.........Be dead if I done that now......

Mind you I was as fit as fuck back then...Run 2 miles each day before work.....and run cross country......

Mums influence she was an athlete....Would have been an Olympic one.....But WWII got in the way.....
