Budget Cuts is easily my favourite thing so far, the demo is free and I'm really looking forward to the release. I'm a huge fan of stealth and it's really cool actually being there instead of holding a crouch button and trying to keep your character behind a box or whatever. Every week I have games night with a group of friends. For the first few weeks after I got the Vive it was at my place, and on the first night we spent hours all taking turns with Budget Cuts.
H3VR, as Tor mentioned. It's a gun sandbox that gets updated every week. Check out the weekly updates on /r/H3VR to see what it's like.
I haven't had a chance to try Raw Data yet (I'm moving house in a couple of weeks and will be able to set up a dedicated roomscale room again) but it looks great.
Space Pirate Trainer is good with a group of friends, but it's not something I'd play much alone.
Audioshield is pretty good and it's something you can just jump into for an hour or two when you want to chill out with some music. Depending on how animated you are it can be a bit of a workout too.
Bethesda is working on VR versions of Fallout 4 and DOOM, proper roomscale releases and not just headtracking with M&KB/controller. By all reports those are looking awesome, but they won't be out until next year.
