I've gone through my phone book but everyone is in bed for work.

My friend died just now. Over dosed on smack. Couldn't save him. Paramedics coildn't save him. Last night we were talking about playing music and today he was a corpse. 25 and 16 yer old sons it's so fucked up . one minute we're chatting the next hes dead. got no one to talk to i live alone so i hope i can talk here as face boo is shit. we had all these ideas about music last night and now he is a blue corpse. it makes me sick. if you take it don't take too much.

trying heart massage on a limp lifeless body waiting for an ambulance and knowing it's too late and watching them do the motions and looking at each otheer knowing that's it. fucking heroin. be careful with it if you must.

I'm going to the shop need a drink appreciate if anyone can talk and sorry it's heavy.

sorry to hear your loss, it can be devastating on others when things like this happen, I lost a friend some years ago because of drugs and know how it can all involved, be strong and focus on the good times that you had,
