Seeing as for the time being I'm finding it difficult to play Elite due to freezing, I have come up with another way to entertain myself:
I will write to BBC's 'Points Of View' with my view on different TV programmes. I will make each one with a different identity and UK location. For instance;
"Dear POV, This weeks instalment of Country File, though otherwise a triumph as my wife and I have become accustomed to, was somewhat marred by what I can only describe as the 'paganesque' utterances of a new age hippy! All this before Songs Of Praise? Come on Beeb it is a Sunday" Colonel Barnaby Pointwhistle, Berkshire
Or: "Dear POV, What happened to Top Gear? I have to keep watching Dave so why should I pay my licence fee?" Shaz Fluffydice, Exeter.
Why would I want to do this? Because I'm childish and want to see what accents they give me when they're read out.
How do you entertain yourselves when you're unable to play? (don't include any responsible 'Fix the guttering' type answers, just silly ones)
