I'm at a loss. Tried googling it but I don't even know what to call it.

For the last couple of days or so, when a YouTube video ends, a round countdown timer appears on the player and I have to select 'Cancel' in time or a new video is loaded.

Anyone else? Any tweaks to stop this?

Can't see that anywhere. I've got auto play disabled, that just stops a you tube video playing automatically in a new tab though.

Are you logged in? I wasn't when I made that screenshot. And turning that thingy off stopped the countdown and the auto-loading of the next video.

And BTW, this one is clearly for that, not for auto playing:

Cheers. Where is that? It's not on YouTube or in the settings. Neither is it in google extensions.
