Re: A Commander in a RES

...makes you feel rather twitchy the next time you meet another CMDR. It does if you're in a ship with a big rebuy. I'm still in my Viper, and wasn't too worried when I came across CMDR Kelgrath on Tuesday. Turned out to be my best experience so far playing E:D. It could only have been better if we...

Re: Hello everyone :)

With the wings update there must be a CMDR Laurel somewhere.... You won't believe it, but my niece and nephew are called Lauren and Harvey. Even though that's the order they were born in, we have to say it the opposite way around because of how it sounds. Some people just don't think when naming th...

Re: Sent PMs

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I sent a follow-up and it behaved exactly the way you described, so I must have done something stupid with my first message - rendering the whole thread pointless. Sorry about that folks.

Sent PMs

Just a note - when you send a PM it isn't saved among your PMs, so it's worth saving a clipboard copy to notepad if you think you might need to refer back to it. Hopefully, if you forget but the recipient replies, they will quote your original text. There doesn't seem to be an option to change this ...

What's your poison?

Re: A Commander in a RES

Yeah, even though this is a PVE group you will get those who take advantage of that. So it'll be difficult to moderate some times. Spam F10(or whatever your screenshot key is) and get that license plate number! I think that a pre-recording capture program is the way to go. Spamming f10 only gets th...

Re: A Commander in a RES

Hello and welcome to the forum, Commander. Sorry to read about your unfortunate encounter. There is no circumstances other than in conflict zones where PvP is allowed. But indeed, name-and-shame is forbidden here too. Instead, we ask that you PM an admin or a mod with that information (and preferab...

Re: A Commander in a RES

Yeah, I figured that might be a problem. I have a 60GB SSD lying around somewhere - might have to install it and use it as a dashcam. The whole point of joining Mobius was to have interaction with real people without the associated problems of the griefers, it's a shame to have to use CPU cycles an...

A Commander in a RES

Hi, folks, I'm a newbie to the forum but not to the group. I've tended to be a bit out of the way doing exploration, trading when it was profitable and now some bounty hunting at RESs in various systems. I do occasionally see another player but I've not really worried about "rules" - I wor...
