Personally I'd go for the Asp for the fuel scoop, a 6A fuel scoop will refill an empty 32T tank in about a third of the time of a 4A, which really reduces your overall travel time on long journeys. It also depends on how long you intend to be out and if you intend to use a lot of neutron star boost...
