Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Got the hang of flinging my 'Vette around in the asteroid fields now - much more manoeuvrable than my old 'Conda - learning how to use fixed weapons now, ready for when the Class 4 Fixed Pulses arrive.

Then will actually move out my current system and do some trading etc.

I get a feeling the 'Engineers' part of the update will allow you tweak some of the core components for much more varied builds and better power output etc, going to be interesting to see what is planned. Personally I would stick with the Python, it's a great ship and even after spending 500M+ on my old combat 'Conda it wasn't much better than my old Python in a RES. Learning how to fly my new corvette, very pleased with how it handles - much better than the 'conda imo - may not kill npc's quite as quick as my old 'conda but once Class 4 lasers arrive that will change methinks

Not sure when you last used turrets, but I am thinking that it is not a bug. From Dev Update - 14.05.2015 Static, yup that's it - many thanks for posting that info :) I now have my turrets in the same fire group as my main weapons and set to Fire at Will. The don't fire until I engage a vaild targe...

So got myself a corvette and trying out some turreted weapons - slight problem - they just wont fire by themselves. If I set to Fire At will - nothing - unless I manually fire them - which kind of defeats the point. If set to Target Only they will fire on the target - but only if I manually trigger ...
