Well it appears from the latest tick that Cmdrs are not prepared to work for anyone but OoM and we are currently much closer to Citizens than we are to Future. That so lets crack on and forget Future, go with the flow and bring up OoM to overtake Citizens for their ground station Utkin Palace instea...

Any Cmdr doing OoM missions from Cardea please put on hold! We are trying to bring up Cardea Future to get a war with them and take their ground station before moving up. ö7 Cmdrs
