I had over 1800 and still Expert until the weekend. I let the authorities run down the shields on an Elite 'Conda and then steamed in with the multi cannons on the power plant and claimed the kill which took me to Master.

Bought a Viper last night and kitted it out. Spent far too long trying to balance power, even with top spec power plant. Tried hunting with it but I prefer the Cobra. I sold the Viper again

A good day for me today. Combat rank raised to Master and Empire rank raised to Viscount.

Doing a combination of running missions and hanging out at nav beacons.

Was your new EDTracker plugged in for the first start of the game? If that's not connected then it will not load your custom bindings and the fix is to plug it in and restart. I did plug it in on before the second start so maybe that was it. Hmmm, maybe update 1.1.05 didn't break my control binding...

Bindings files were still in place. A restart of the game made my original Custom bindings available again. Strange.

The update killed my control bindings. Now I suppose I have to redo them all.

Did you have your fog lights on with just your sidelights?

The description for the sensors in the outfitting implies that there is an improvement in targetting, but nothing more concrete than that.

I will have access to the beta. A trip to Falisci will be on the cards tonight if I get some time to fly.

I think I shall have to trade in my Cobra's chrome paintjob for something a little more on the red side and join the effort. Look out for Baron Barking Mad as he tries to move onwards and upwards with the Empire.
