I don't think the OP had a chance to post where he found 3C beams in the area of HIP 20277. I was looking for 3C-G beams in the same area this weekend, and found them at LTT 9810 - Kerimov Dock.

Just in case anyone else in is the same area of Arissa L-D space and looking for them.
