I'm curious as to why all of these reports, so far, have seemed to only involve federal ships.

I visited a few of these yesterday evening, though I was having some trouble scanning the data logs on the Odysseus, because when I dropped out of super cruise, I was just baaaaarely in the planet's gravity. Generally not recommended, though...unless you're a crazy like me. Though I think it does make a few things much easier...

I did too, though starting up around November and getting my ship all engineered was, actually, the most interest I had had for a good long time.
