Thanks guys. I did have all my bindings set correctly for the data link scanner, I just didn't find a place to scan. But I didn't think to drive *on* the ship. Oh well. If it was only money I missed out on, no big deal. It was fun finding the ship, though it took a while.

Cheers to all the commanders I greeted (and some I almost crashed into) at Latugara doing the community goal tonight. It was my first time doing a community goal and also the first time I saw more than one other person in an instance. Quite fun!

I went from a Cobra to an Asp and never looked back. If you go with the type 6, depending on the rank of the NPCs, expect to lose a ship every so often -- sometimes the submit fails, crap happens, etc. I'm doing Ceos/Sothis runs now with my Asp and have yet to fail to escape an interdiction.
