Can you deploy fighters from bigger ships in the Horizon 2.0 beta?

New to the site and looking for wing mates in Duval space. Currently in Chana system with a fighting clipper (it's not a python but will do for now). Alaska time GMT -8. I usually try to get on TS under the "Empire" Channel.
